Admin: Managing Course Collaborators

While Course Managers can manage the course collaborators from the course curriculum page, Admin users can manage the course collaborators and their roles from the individual course profile page in the Admin Dashboard. 


Assigning Course Collaborators from Admin Dashboard

To assign or update course roles for instructors, navigate to the course profile page as an admin.


1. Navigate to the course profile page by searching for the course title using the search bar or select the course from the Course Dashboard. 
2. Select 'Manage Collaborators'. 

3. Add additional collaborators using their email address and determine their collaborator permission level.  You can also remove or change the permission levels of any current course collaborators. 

4. Select 'Save' to update the course's collaborators.
