TABLE OF CONTENTS
The Course Manager can add or remove collaborators on their courses. You can add collaborators to include more people in course creation, help manage learners, or share learning. Course Managers will also determine permissions for each collaborator.
Add Collaborators from the Curriculum Page
- To add collaborators to a course, access the course and select ' + Collaborator' in the top right corner.

- Enter the collaborator's email address and set their permission level.
- Choose from the following permissions options:
- View Only
- View only collaborators will have access to view the course content and it's learners. View only collaborators will not be able to edit content or provide feedback and grades.
- Contributor
- Contributors can edit content and adjust course settings. They can also provide feedback and grade activities submitted by learners enrolled in the course.
- Course Manager
- Each course is limited to one course manager. The course manager has full access to the course. They are the only users who can add collaborators or change collaborators permission levels.
- View Only
- Choose from the following permissions options:

When you are done adding your collaborators and setting their permissions, click save! They will be notified via email.
