As an admin, easily search for an instructor to view the data associated with their courses.
Searching for an Instructor
Search for a instructor using the main search bar or from the instructor dashboard.
Select an instructor's name to view their overall course analytics.

Leveraging Instructor Data
For each instructor, view the overall course analytics and course progress for the courses they are the Course Manager. Download the course progress report as a csv report to view outside of Canopy.
# of Course Manager Courses - The number of courses the instructor has Course Manager permissions.
# of Collaborator Courses - The number of courses the instructor has been added as a collaborator.
Average Q | R Scores - The average quality and relevance score across all courses the instructor is listed as the Course Manager.
Within the instructor's courses list sort and view the courses by course title, number of collaborators, number of learners, learner progress, average score, average time to complete, quality or relevance score.
- Course Title - Select a course title to view the course analytics.
- # of Collaborators - The number of instructors who have been added to this course as an collaborator.
- # of Learners - Total number of learners who are enrolled in the course.
- C | IP | NS - Number of learners who have Completed the course, are currently In Progress, and have enrolled but Not Started the course.
- Average Score - The average score of learners who have completed the course.
- Average Time to Complete - The average amount of time learners take to complete the course.
- Quality (Q) - The average quality score based on the learners response to the End of Course survey.
- Relevance (R) - The average relevance score based on the learners response to the End of Course survey.
Sort the instructor data using the headings and download as a csv file.
