Admin: Understanding Quality & Relevance Scores

As learners complete a course, they will be prompted to complete a two question quality and relevance survey. View the results of this survey as an admin in the Courses Dashboard. 


Quality & Relevance Survey 

After completing all activities in a course, the End of Course Survey will appear in a pop-up. Learners rate the quality of the course and relevance to their work. 


This survey gives admin an insight on how learners feel about the quality and relevance of a course they have completed. 


The quality and relevance scores are calculated on a 5 point scale. Courses with a quality and relevance scores closer to 5 have been rated as high quality and/or relevant to their work. 


The survey will appear for learners once all activities within a course have been completed. Instructors can turn the survey off from the course settings.
