From the Courses Dashboard, the overview analytics show the total number of courses in your organization's learning Canopy, the average score across all courses, the average quality and relevance scores awarded by learners, and the total number of courses completed by learners.

The courses table can be sorted by any header and downloaded as a csv to view data outside of your learning Canopy.

  • Course title
  • Instructor First Name
  • Instructor Last Name
  • # of Learners
  • # of Lessons
  • Average Score
  • Average Time to Complete
  • C | IP | NS  - Number of learners who have Completed the course, are In Progress, and have Not Started the course.
  • Quality (Q) - Score calculated from end of course survey that asks learners to rate the quality of the course.
  • Relevance (R) - Score calculated from end of course survey that asks learners to rate the relevance of the course to their role.

Select a course title to view more information for the selected course. From each course page, view the enrolled learners and their current progress in the course. You can also download a csv file to view the course data outside of Canopy.
