As an admin, use the Learner Dashboard to view all learners, overall learner analytics, and easily navigate to view a specific learner.
Utilizing your Learner Dashboard
When you log in as an admin you will be taken to the main dashboard by default, to access the learner dashboard select Learners (L) in the left navigation menu.
View learner analytics and easily generate csv reports of learner data.

From the Learner Dashboard, the overview analytics show the total number of learners in your organization's learning Canopy, the average score across all courses, the average quality and relevance scores awarded by learners, total time active, and the total number of courses completed by learners.
The learner table can be sorted by any header downloaded as a csv to view data outside of your learning Canopy.
- Learner First Name
- Learner Last Name
- Learner Email
- # of Courses Enrolled
- # of Courses Complete
- Time Active
- Average Score
Select a learner name to view more information for the selected learner. For each learner, view the enrolled learners and their current progress in each of the courses. You can also download a csv file to view the learner data outside of Canopy.
