Reset your Password or Forgot Password

Forgetting passwords or needing to change them is inevitable. Canopy makes resetting your password simple & straightforward. Below are the steps to doing so.

Changing your Password 

Step 1: To 'reset' or change your password, select 'Forgot Password' on the login page. 

Step 2: Enter the email address for your account and 'Submit'.

Step 3: Check your inbox for a 'Reset Password' email from Canopy.

Step 4: Choose to reset your password, and you'll be taken to a page that your can enter a new password

Step 5: Create a new password and 'Submit'.

If it was successful, you will be able to navigate back to the sign in page where you can use your new password!
