TABLE OF CONTENTS
Invite learners to a course by sharing the course code or inviting learners through an email invitation. Instructors can invite learners from the 'Manage Learners' tab found in the left hand navigation menu.
Share the Course Code (Recommended)
From the Curriculum page, the course code is located across the top near the course title.
You can share this code with those you wish to join the course. Learners will gain access to the course using the course code.
Note: The course code is fixed, meaning it can not be changed. To change the course code, you have to make a copy of the course.
Invite Learners using '+ Learners'
The other option is to add learners to a course from the manage learners page of your course. From your left navigation bar, select 'Manage Learners'. The '+ Learners' feature is found on the upper right hand side of the Manage Learners page.

Fill out the appropriate fields
- Add individual learners with email addresses
- Upload a CSV file
- Tip: Use the CSV template to ensure proper formatting.
