Instructors: Adding Content to a Collection

You can add a course, module, or section to a collection. To add an entire course to a collection use the settings wheel. Modules and sections can be added individually using the three dots on the far right end of the content title bar.


Add a Course to a Collection 

To share an entire course, select the settings wheel and choose 'Add to Collection/Catalog'. 

  • Choose to add to an existing collection or create a collection. 
    • If you choose to create a new collection now, you will follow the steps to create a collection and then complete the steps below. 
    • When choosing an existing collection, select 'Collection' and the existing collection's title.
    • You are able to add a course to both a Collection and the Course Catalog, if necessary. 

Now that you have selected the collection, you will share details about the specific content for other members of the collection by choosing 'Next'.


Add Details


  • Input a description of the course and upload an image (optional). 
  • Select 'Next' to review and 'Finish'.
