After creating a collection, you can easily manage the collection's content and members through the collection's settings. 

Select 'Collections' from the left navigation to view your collections. Select the settings wheel to manage the collection. 

From the settings you are able to visit the collection, edit the collection details, manage members, edit the collection, delete the collection, and leave the collection. 

The settings page also shows an overview of the collection including the amount of content, access settings, and total number of collection members. 

Visit Collections

View the collection page. This is how members will view the collection.

As the creator of the collection, you will also have access to edit the collection content from here as well. At the far right of each content block, you can edit or delete the content. You can also copy the link to share. 

Edit a Collection

As an admin of the collection you are able to update the collection's details, access settings, or members from 'Edit Collection'. 

• When selecting edit, you are able to make changes to the details or access settings and invite additional members but will need to select next to move from details to access to invite. 
  • For example, to edit the access settings you will need to select next on the Details page, then make your changes, and select next to move to the Invite page. From the Invite page choose 'Done' to save the updates. 

• Make edits on any of the pages, all unchanged information will remain the same.

Select 'Done' after all updates have been made to save the changes. 

Manage Collection Members

Select 'Manage Members' to view and edit the members of the collection and their current permissions. You can also invite more members to the collection or download a csv report of all collection members. 

• View current members, edit permissions, or remove members. 

Delete Collection 

To remove a collection choose 'Delete Collection' and confirm to delete from Canopy. Any members of the collection will no longer have access to the deleted collection. 

Leave Collection 

To leave a collection 'Leave Collection' and confirm. Leaving a collection will remove the collection from your collection page but does not remove the collection from Canopy.
