Admin: Edit Canopy Subdomain

• Edit Default Canopy subdomain

After choosing your learning Canopy's subdomain, a general admin user can edit that subdomain from the branding options. 

Edit Default Canopy Subdomain

To edit your organization's learning Canopy subdomain, log in as an admin and navigate to Custom Branding and choose Domain.

If you are currently using the default subdomain that was created during your account creation, you will see that option selected.

• To update, input the new subdomain and save. Keep in mind the subdomain must be unique. 

You must use a unique URL, if the URL is already in use an error message will appear. You will need to update using a different URL option.

Note: Be sure to update all users and links with any URL changes, as this is how your users access your learning Canopy.
