TABLE OF CONTENTS
Instructors can easily edit or delete a subgroup from the 'All learners drop down found in Manage Learners or in a content block found on the course Curriculum page.
Edit/ Delete a Subgroup
- Select the subgroup from the 'All Learners' drop down menu.
- Select the edit icon.
- To delete, select 'Delete subgroup.'
- To edit the members of the subgroup, use the search bar to find and select new members. To remove existing members, deselect the check mark next to their name.
- Removing a learner from a subgroup or reassigning a learner to a different subgroup will remove any activities assigned to the removed subgroup.
- Activities assigned to All learners will not be affected.
- Select 'Save subgroup' to update the subgroup.
