Primary Org Admin: Manage Primary Admin

Each organization must have one Primary Organization Admin (POA). Easily update who the POA user is from the Plan and Billing page. 


Update Primary Org Admin

Your organization can have only one designated POA at a time. To update the POA navigate to the Plan and billing page. 


View the current Primary Organization Admin. To change the POA user, select 'Change the Primary Administer' and enter the email address of the new POA user.
