If your organization utilizes the Course Catalog, search for courses and collections to enroll and follow based on your interests.

Accessing the Course Catalog

The Course Catalog can be accessed from the left navigation menu.

  • Note: If the Course Catalog option does not appear in your navigation menu, this indicates your organization has turned this feature off.

Searching the Course Catalog

Instructors can share collections and courses to the Course Catalog for learners to discover.

Use the search bar to search by keywords or use the search filters to view individual courses, enroll collections, or public collections.

Individual Courses - A single course shared for learners to discover.

Enroll Collections - Used to organize pathways or related courses.

Public Collections - Shared multimedia content and information. Courses cannot be completed or copied.

Click on a course or collection card to read it's description and preview the course content. After reviewing you can choose to join the course or follow the collection.

  • If you enroll in a course from the Course Catalog, it will now be listed in your 'All Courses' table.
  • If you choose to follow a collection, easily access the collection at any time from the Collections tab in your left navigation menu.
